Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Graduate Web Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work on various web development projects and be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality websites and applications. The ideal candidate should have a passion for coding and an eye for detail, as well as excellent problem-solving skills. This is primarily a back end web development role (e.g php, cfml etc).

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain websites and applications
• Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve technical issues
• Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code
• Stay up-to-date with new technologies and programming languages
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business goals
• Ensure the performance and security of websites and applications
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot problems

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one backend web development language (e.g php, python, cfml etc)
• Experience with a popular web development framework is desirable (e.g drupal, laravel, django etc )
• Familiarity with database design and management using MySQL, MongoDB, or similar
• Understanding of Git and version control practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Must be an Australian resident
